PRODUCT WARRANTY

For the products and services that are under our control, we offer the guarantee of full refund of the payment or the offer of gift vouchers in return if:

• The delivery was not made on the date agreed with you for reasons strictly related to us.
• The delivery was delayed on the agreed date.
• The products received by the recipient were damaged. We can refund your payment under the conditions of returning the damaged product.
• We cannot honor your order for reasons that are not ours, we will return the money.
• The wrong product was delivered. We will ask you to notify us of the mistake, and we will resend your order.

We would like to remind you that the only compensation options are the refund of the amount paid or gift vouchers for future purchases, any other form of compensation is not subject to negotiation.
